CUT&RUN of axolotl limb cells from uninjured mature tissue, 7-day old anterior lateral wounds, DMSO treated 7-day old anterior nerve-deviation (ND-A) blastemas, LDN193189 (a BMP inhibitor) treated ND-A blastemas, SU5402 (a FGF inhibitor) treated 7 day old ND-A blastemas, and LDN193189 and SU5402 (Dual) treated ND-A blastemas from the forelimbs of the axolotl.Previous experiments have shown both BMP and FGF signaling are sufficient to induce a regeneration competent environment. These samples were collected and analyzed to determine how BMP, FGF, and the combination of BMP and FGF signaling affects the abundance of H3K27me3 changes around genes within an axolotl limb blastema.
