This dataset was generated in the frame of the co-operation between the Reserva Anihue (http://www.anihuereserve.cl), the Huinay Scientific Field Station (http://www.huinay.cl) and the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research (http://www.awi.de).实验方法：采用徕卡MZ 12_5型双目体视显微镜（binocular microscope）、ColorView软成像系统配套相机，以及工业显微镜专用图像分析软件「cell^B」。本数据集由阿尼胡保护区（Reserva Anihue）、惠奈科学野外站（Huinay Scientific Field Station）与阿尔弗雷德·魏格纳研究所—亥姆霍兹极地与海洋研究中心（Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research）联合构建，三方相关合作网址分别为http://www.anihuereserve.cl、http://www.huinay.cl及http://www.awi.de。
