Dynamic magneto-mechanical force in lysosomes instructs durable macrophage repolarization for antitumor immunity

Mechanical forces are the emerging physical cue to regulate biochemical signals of immune cells for antitumor immunity. Here we used single RNA sequencing to analyze the activations of different immune cells in tumor tissue after treated by magneto-mechanical force. Overall design: The experiment is aim to illustrate the inflatration and activation of different immune cells (especially macrophages) of tumor tissue after treated by magneto-mechanical force for 14 days.
