Co-occurrence networks for bacteria and fungi

Revealing altitudinal succession of microbial co-occurrence networks in mountain soils can provide new insights into community assembly, potential interactions and the interplay with ecological factors. Here we provided the first exploration of the altitudinal patterns of soil bacterial and fungal co-occurrence networks, as well as their differences and possible mechanisms in Gongga Mountain, China.
