Data for "Global shoaling of the upper mixed layer in lakes"

These dataset includes five delimeter files including the main study data.01_Lake_basic_information.csv: basic information of studied lakes, e.g., latitude, longitude, elevation, area, depth, etc.02_Variables_trend_SenSlope.csv: Sen's slope of mixed layer depth, metalimnion thickness, Secchi depth, and meteorological data.03_Randomforest_projection_MLD.csv: Future projections of mixed layer depth using random forest model from 2021 to 2100.04_Randomforest_projection_MT.csv: Future projections of metalimnion thickness using random forest model from 2021 to 2100.05_Flake_simulation_mixed_layer_depth.csv: Future projections of mixed layer depth using FLake model from 2021 to 2100.These files will be public once the paper is accepted for publication.<br>
