DNA methylation in thymic epithelial tumors.. Homo sapiens

Analysis of DNA methylation in thymic epithelial tumor. The aim of this study is to identify the gene affected carcinogenesis by DNA methylation in thymic epithelial tumor. Overall design: 22 samples were all exracted fresh frozen sample. 3 neuroendocrine tumors, 7 squamous cell carcinomas, 8 B3 thymomas, 3 type A thymomas and 1 normal thymus.
