In order to reveal the community structure and diversity of soil microorganism from different northwest areas of Kubuqi desert response to the extreme desert environment, the bacteria and fungi from three typical soil samples were sequenced by macro genome sequencing .The composition and diversity of bacterial and fungal community structure from each sample were analyzed, and the effects of artificial vegetation restoration on the microorganism population?structure and diversity of desert soil were also revealed. Three northwest typical soil areas of Kubuqi desert are lowlands of sand hills, wetland of desert and artificial forest from desert.
