本项目智慧城市的应用系统主要包括:智慧城市平台系统、平安城市子系统、智能交通子系统、数字城管子系统四部分。2.3.1智慧城市平台系统智慧城市平台系统的建设,是以“统一网络、统一资源、统一安全、统一机房、统一管理”为方针,依托于数据中心,集成基础数据、信息服务、应用服务于一体的一个综合管理、服务、运营的平台。XX智慧城市平台系统的建设,为XX“智慧城市”的智慧应用系统建设和部署提供一个集约、高效的基础架构环境,其主要建设内容包括:1. 基础网络设施建设2. 计算资源池建设3. 网络安全设计4. 集中运维管理平台设计5. 机房建设2.3.1平安城市子系统平安城市子系统按照因地制宜、突出重点、统一规范、分层推进的思路,实现全县治安数字高清视频监控全覆盖,建成县局、派出所分级,点、线、面三类的公共安全技术防控体系。切实提高XX防范、打击违法犯罪和处置突发公共事件的能力,增强城市减灾、 防灾、救灾能力,提升人民群众的生活品质。全面构筑人防、物防、技防一体化的全天候、全方位、立体化的社会公共安全防控 体系,提升全县社会公共安全管理的科技含量和政法机关驾驭复杂社会公共安全的能力, 不断增强广大人民群众的安全感和满意度,为建设富裕和谐的现代化城市提供强大的科 技保障。2.3.1智能交通子系统通过对XX智能交通各子系统的建设,利用先进的通讯、计算机、自动控制、视频监控技术,按照各系统工程的原理进行系统集成,使得交通组织管理、交通工程规划、交通信号控制、交通检测、交通电视监控、及信息提供系统有机地结合起来,通过计算机网络 系统,实现对交通的实时控制与指挥管理,运用先进的网络技术,使得信息获取快速、实时、 准确,提高了交通控制的实效性。通过对城市智能交通管理指挥系统的应用使交通管理系统中人、车、路以及车辆之间的关系变得更为和谐有效,使XX的交通更为流畅和有序。2.3.1数字城管子系统依托无线通信技术、空间信息技术、行业实体库技术、工作流技术、计算机网络技术等先进技术手段,实现城市部件和事件管理的数字化、网络化和空间可视化,创新城市管理模式,再造城市管理流程,建立一套科学完善的监督评价体系,提高城市管理水平,构建和谐社会,提升城市品味。
The smart city application systems of this project mainly include four parts: Smart City Platform System, Safe City Subsystem, Intelligent Transportation Subsystem, and Digital Urban Management Subsystem. 2.3.1 Smart City Platform System The construction of the Smart City Platform System follows the guiding principles of "unified network, unified resources, unified security, unified machine room, and unified management". Relying on the data center, it is a comprehensive management, service and operation platform that integrates basic data, information services and application services. The construction of XX's Smart City Platform System provides an intensive and efficient infrastructure environment for the construction and deployment of smart application systems for XX's "Smart City". Its main construction contents include: 1. Basic network infrastructure construction 2. Computing resource pool construction 3. Network security design 4. Centralized operation and maintenance management platform design 5. Machine room construction 2.3.1 Safe City Subsystem The Safe City Subsystem follows the principles of adapting to local conditions, highlighting key points, unifying standards, and promoting work in layers. It realizes full coverage of digital high-definition video surveillance for public security across the county, and builds a three-category (point, line, area) public safety technical prevention and control system at the county bureau and police station levels. It effectively improves XX's capabilities in preventing and cracking down on illegal and criminal activities and responding to sudden public incidents, enhances the city's ability in disaster mitigation, disaster prevention and disaster relief, and improves the quality of life of the people. It comprehensively builds an all-weather, all-directional and three-dimensional social public safety prevention and control system integrating human defense, physical defense and technical defense, enhances the technological content of county-level social public safety management and the ability of political and legal organs to handle complex social public security situations, continuously enhances the sense of security and satisfaction of the general public, and provides strong scientific and technological support for the construction of a prosperous, harmonious and modernized city. 2.3.1 Intelligent Transportation Subsystem Through the construction of various subsystems of XX's intelligent transportation, using advanced communication, computer, automatic control and video monitoring technologies, and integrating systems according to the principles of various system engineering, it organically combines traffic organization management, traffic engineering planning, traffic signal control, traffic detection, traffic TV monitoring and information provision systems. Through the computer network system, it realizes real-time control, command and management of traffic. By using advanced network technologies, information can be obtained quickly, in real time and accurately, improving the effectiveness of traffic control. The application of the urban intelligent transportation management and command system makes the relationship between people, vehicles, roads and vehicles in the traffic management system more harmonious and effective, and makes XX's traffic smoother and more orderly. 2.3.1 Digital Urban Management Subsystem Relying on advanced technologies such as wireless communication technology, spatial information technology, industry entity database technology, workflow technology and computer network technology, it realizes digitalization, networking and spatial visualization of urban component and incident management, innovates urban management models, reengineers urban management processes, establishes a scientific and perfect supervision and evaluation system, improves urban management levels, builds a harmonious society, and enhances urban taste.
