Municipal-Level Dataset and Analytical Code on Home Death and End-of-Life Care Indicators in Japan (2015–2023)

This repository provides the dataset and analysis code used for a panel data study examining the relationship between municipal home death rates and medically attended end-of-life care indicators in Japan.
The dataset integrates municipal-level data on healthcare and long-term care resources with prefectural indicators of home-based deaths and medicolegal death investigations.

The purpose of this repository is to enhance transparency and reproducibility of quantitative analyses on regional variations in home-based end-of-life care.
