Collection of pan-species models from the AGORA2 resource. Individual reconstructions were downloaded on 11-Nov-2024. The taxonomic information was generated through the updateTaxonomyInfoAgora.m function in the COBRA toolbox. Pan-species were generated through the createPanSpecies.m function in the COBRA toolbox with the updated taxonomic information file. The pan-species were generated on 22-Nov-2024.
