Raw data set for prospective samples collected on SARS-CoV-2 positive and negative individuals (clinical data)

The data set includes results from 44 rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 compared to RT-PCR. RT-PCR oropharynx, 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/sample is missing Ct(OP) is the RT-PCR cycle of quantification on deep oropharyngeal swabs from the individual. The value reported is the Cq value. When negative, the result is reported ad 100.00. For each rapid antigen test the results are reported as 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/result is missing.

本数据集包含44项针对严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型（SARS-CoV-2）的快速抗原检测结果，并与逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）结果进行对比。口咽拭子RT-PCR检测的结果判定规则为：0代表阴性，1代表阳性，其余数值则表示结果无法判定、未完成检测或样本缺失。Ct(OP)指针对受试者深部口咽拭子开展RT-PCR定量检测的定量循环数值，报告值为Cq值。当RT-PCR结果为阴性时，报告值记为100.00。每项快速抗原检测的结果判定规则为：0代表阴性，1代表阳性，其余数值则表示结果无法判定、未完成检测或结果缺失。
