PLAsTiCC

The dataset is named PLAsTiCC, which contains uncertain time series representing the transient brightness of diverse astronomical objects including supernovae, kilonovae, active galactic nuclei (AGN), and eclipsing binary systems. For missing observations within the dataset, a 5-point moving average method was employed for imputation. The preprocessed dataset is publicly available at the following URL: https://drive.uca.fr/f/f0741be3fb77402f8e82/. This dataset includes 7848 transient events, which are divided into 14 distinct categories with a high degree of class imbalance. The primary task of this dataset is to classify these uncertain time series.
