Data for "3D Visualization Reveals the Cooling Rate Dependent Crystallization near a Wall in Dense Microgel Systems"

This dataset contains processed CLSM data on the crystallization of a dense microgel suspension near a wall for three different cooling rates, as well as the DLS data of the microgels. Finally, it includes all analysis scripts. To obtain the orientation of the crystal with respect to the coverslip from the microgel positions, PTM analysis was performed first using OVITO.

本数据集收录经预处理的共聚焦激光扫描显微镜（Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy, CLSM）数据，涵盖三种不同冷却速率下壁面附近致密微凝胶悬浮液的结晶过程；同时包含该微凝胶的动态光散射（Dynamic Light Scattering, DLS）表征数据。此外，本数据集还提供全部配套分析脚本。为了从微凝胶的位置信息中获取晶体相对于盖玻片的取向，研究人员首先使用OVITO软件完成了多面体模板匹配（Polyhedral Template Matching, PTM）分析。
