Raw RNA-Seq of green microalga Haematococcus pluvialis infected by its parasitic fungus Paraphysoderma sedebokerense

This profile is the raw RNA-Seq of green microalga Haematococcus pluvialis infected by its parasitic fungus Paraphysoderma sedebokerense. The infection process were divided into early infection and late infection based on the infection ratio. For each infection stage, a control check (CK) of uninfected Haematococcus pluvialis cultured at the same time with the infected sample was conducted.
