To investigate the transcriptional response of Crypthecodinium cohnii in Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,C22:6 ω-3) production during different growth phases, full transcriptome of Crypthecodinium cohnii at logarithmic growth, stationary phases, and termination of fermentation were collected for RNA-sequencing to investigate the biosynthetic pathway of DHA.
