Dataset for: Peruvian Ralstonia solanacearum isolates - CIP collection

The dataset of the Peruvian Ralstonia solanacearum isolates - CIP collection is organized in an excel sheet which includes field information, variants of R. solanacearum identified phenotypically and molecularly of the pathogen isolates characterized and maintained at CIP. Which are necessary to better understand its diversity, distribution and their correlation with potato production in Peru. knowledge on the variability of the pathogen is important in genetic improvement for resistance, ecological competition, disease management and evolutionary and phylogenetic relationships in order to contribute to the development of new effective strategies for its control.
