PRINCIPLES OF GENDER EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

This thesis analyzes the importance of the principles of gender equality and diversity in human resources policy, modern approaches to their implementation, and practical outcomes. The scientific foundations developed aim to create equal opportunities between women and men in HR management and to increase organizational effectiveness by ensuring participation of representatives from various social, national, age, and cultural groups. The study examines the legal and regulatory basis for ensuring gender balance, international experience, and the current situation in Uzbekistan. Recommendations are provided to ensure equality and inclusiveness in HR policy.
