Participants who were positive at least once in the follow-up for a DEIA test (see the Methods) were labelled as “HPV positive,” whereas participants who were never positive during the follow-up were labelled as “HPV negative.” For time-varying variables such as BMI, stress level, and all variables identified with “last 2 weeks,” we only report the value at the inclusion visit.
