Time-Series Compost Monitoring Data from pH, Moisture, Conductivity, and Temperature Sensors, May-August 2025

This dataset contains time-series measurements from two compost piles collected during the fermentation process using digital sensors. The PH-01, PH-02 files includes UTC timestamps, soil pH, and soil temperature. The Humidity-01, Humidity-02 files includes UTC timestamps, soil water or moisture signal, soil temperature, and soil conductivity signal. The records are sampled at approximately 20-minute intervals and capture short-term changes in compost conditions during an active monitoring period beginning on 30 April 2025 until August 2025. The dataset is intended for reuse in compost process monitoring, environmental sensing, IoT analytics, and exploratory analysis of compost pile dynamics. The file "cloud_edge_compost_pile_log.csv" contains recording of manually performed operations like: add raw material, irrigate pile, pile turning/aeration.Data were collected from a compost monitoring setup in Cyprus between May and August 2025.Raw material used for the composting process inlcude Green Vegetables and Fruits.
