NRS-15395 | Numerical registration cards [Registrar of Friendly Societies]

This series consists of index cards created by the Registrar of Friendly Societies.The index cards provide registration details of files and documents lodged and creation and cessation dates of Friendly Societies and related organisations in New South Wales between 1900 and 1985. Each co-operative is given a file number and the cards are arranged in file number order. Each card records the date the file was registered and outlines the documents on the file.Details given on each card include:File numberOld ledger numberSocietyBranchNumber [of society/ branch]Registered number of documentDate of registration.
