This experiment summarizes real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS) performed at Lehigh University NEES facility. The purpose of this testing two-fold: (1) identify and design the inverse compensation actuator compensation and (2) validate the performance of a new semi-active control algorithms developed for large-scale MR dampers by Anthony Friedman.
These tests were carried out from 06/20/2011 - 06/24/2011 at the NEES@Lehigh facility, with the assistance of Gary Novak, Tommy Maurullo, and the rest of the staff at the ATLSS lab. The lab is supervised by Dr. James Ricles.
