This article is devoted to the factors of formation and methods of the emergence of Old Uzbek terminology. The article expresses opinions on the formation and features of the use of terms in the works of classical writers. Examples of terms from works created in the XIV-XIX centuries were analyzed, and conclusions were drawn on the issue.
