RNA-seq analysis was performed on RNA samples extracted from human autologous expanded CD34+ cells for 9 days ((ProtheraCytes®) in acute myocardial infarction patients and healthy donors in order to determine the up- and down-regulated genes involved in angiogenesis and vasculogenesis, to explore the mechanism of action of PortheraCytes® and thereby develop a potency assay for CD34+ cell-based therapy RNAseq profiling of ProtheraCytes from AMI patients versus Healthy Donors
