Gridded absolute dynamic topography - Gulf subset - daily time series 1993-2019

This dataset contains gridded absolute dynamic topography, a subset of the CLS/CNES SEALEVEL_GLO_PHY_L4_MY_008_047 altimeter satellite gridded sea level product available at the Data Unification and Altimeter Combination System (DUACS). DUACS, developed by Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales/Collecte Localisation Satellites (CNES/CLS), constructs multi-mission products based on all altimetry satellites from GEOSAT to Jason-3. The sea level anomaly product is estimated by optimal Interpolation, merging the Level 3 along-track measurements from various altimeter missions. The anomalies are calculated relative to a twenty-year mean (1993-2012). Absolute dynamic topography is calculated by adding the mean dynamic topography.
