PKM-dependent glycolysis regulates amelogenesis via pyrimidine metabolism

This dataset contains the raw numerical data underlying all quantitative figures presented in the manuscript entitled “PKM-dependent glycolysis regulates amelogenesis via pyrimidine metabolism.”
The data include individual experimental values for morphometric measurements, qPCR analyses, immunofluorescence quantifications, and biochemical assays. Each sheet corresponds to a specific figure panel in the manuscript. Statistical analyses were performed as described in the Methods section using GraphPad Prism.
All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines and approved by the relevant animal care committee, as detailed in the manuscript. These data enable full reproduction of the statistical analyses and graphical representations reported in the study.
