Renfrewshire Business and Industry Land Supply view

Business and Industry Land Supply - annual audit undertaken on 31st March. The land supply can be looked at in collaboration with the LDP2 Economy feature layer which identifies the industrial estates, local and strategic, within Renfrewshire. The 'Removed' layer identifies sites removed from the audit either via take up for Business and Industry purposes or Non Business and Industry purposes, as well as sites that have been deallocated from the supply as no longer considered useful for business and industry purposes. Use the filter option to select the current audit year only. Hillington Simplified Planning Zone (SPZ) Notifications have been added to the dataset. This is a subset of the Planning Applications monitored for the Business and Industry Land Audit.
