闭式液压泵/马达可靠性试验台数据集

为评估闭式液压泵/马达可靠性，研究评估方法与寿命测试，林德液压（中国）有限公司委托机械工业工程机械及液压件产品质量监督检测中心（天津）开展第三方性能测试评估。通过对试验台进行测试，验证试验台装机功率、飞轮转速、额定压力、额定流量等数据，取得闭式液压泵/马达可靠性试验台数据集。
数据来源于第三方检测机构，由专业工程师团队参照JB/T7043-2006《液压轴向柱塞泵》、Q/WCG807.1《液压产品试验台建设技术要求第1部分通用要求》Q/WCG807.2《液压产品试验台建设技术要求第2部分耐久试验台》、《开式泵耐久性试验台技术协议》标准进行测试，获得相应测试数据和第三方检测报告。

To evaluate the reliability of closed hydraulic pumps and motors and conduct research on their evaluation methods and life tests, Linde Hydraulics (China) Co., Ltd. commissioned the Mechanical Industry Engineering Machinery and Hydraulic Components Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center (Tianjin) to carry out third-party performance testing and evaluation. By testing the test bench and verifying parameters including its installed power, flywheel speed, rated pressure and rated flow, the closed hydraulic pump/motor reliability test bench dataset was obtained.

The data is sourced from a third-party testing institution, and was collected by a professional engineering team in accordance with the following standards: JB/T7043-2006 *Hydraulic Axial Piston Pumps*, Q/WCG807.1 *Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Product Test Bench Construction Part 1: General Requirements*, Q/WCG807.2 *Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Product Test Bench Construction Part 2: Durability Test Benches*, and the *Technical Agreement for Open-type Pump Durability Test Bench*. Relevant test data and third-party test reports were acquired during the testing process.
