RNA-seq transcriptomic profiling of unstimulated WT and LincR-PPP2R5C knockout BMDMs

This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from wild-type (WT) and LincR-PPP2R5C knockout (KO) mice, under unstimulated conditions. The aim is to characterize baseline transcriptomic differences resulting from LincR-PPP2R5C deletion, independent of external immune stimuli.
