Microfactory Node: 3D Printer (Field Log) is a dataset that logs every interaction on the online node, including print builds, second opinion requests, simulated printing, iterative runs, and recorded results. It serves as a field notebook for the node, compiled over time as users engage with the platform, thus accumulating manufacturing expertise that extends beyond a single maker's workshop. Logging requires a valid write token; no operations will be recorded otherwise. The dataset only includes job configurations and their corresponding results, with no personal data or uploaded mesh files—only geometric categories inferred by engineers are retained. Rows are candidate records that will not be automatically promoted to course classification; manual review is mandatory for a record to attain the "course" status. The data table follows a rectangular tabular structure, with each row corresponding to one "kind" type, and the columns cover timestamp, job parameters, proposed settings, model path, risk area, inspector ruling, and results, among others. Detailed interaction types include print builds, second opinions, print coverage, print runs, simulations, and logging operations. Irrelevant fields are marked as null, with judgments generated by two named agents: Chief Engineers O'Brien and La Forge.
