Pre-lets as a share of office real estate development in London West End 2024-2027

Approximately 11 percent of the office space in the development pipeline by 2027 was pre-let in London West End as of December 2023. This space included both new developments and refurbished offices. Overall, there was a total of about 6.7 million square meters of new office supply planned in West End until 2027.
