Lianyang Decoction (LYD), a traditional prescription, has shown promising efficacy in treating ulcerative colitis (UC), yet there remains a lack of fundamental experimental support.This study aimed to investigate the potential anti-UC effects of LYD and explore its mechanisms of action. A mouse model of UC was established using dextran sulfate sodium (DSS).
