Replication Data for: Green treasures: Investigating the biodiversity potential of equine yards through the presence and quality of landscape features in the Netherlands

The dataset includes descriptive data from 507 Dutch equestrian yards (87 commercial and 420 private) on the presence and quality of landscape features (LF) including the type, frequency and geometric dimension of LFs and additional biodiversity enhancing features. LFs included were Solitary tree, Monumental tree, Pollard tree, Tree lane, Tree row, Fruit orchard, Hedgerow, Trimmed hedge, Woody strip, Forage wall, Flowering strip, Embankment, Buffer strip, Monocultural grassland, Herbaceous grassland, Pond, Permanent woodpile, Cluttered corner, Birdhouse, Bat box, Insect hotel, Proven nesting site. The data was collected using a citizen science approach.

本数据集收录了507个荷兰马术场（含87家商业马场、420家私人马场）的描述性数据，涵盖景观特征（Landscape Features, LF）的存在状况与质量水平，具体包括景观特征的类型、出现频率及几何尺寸，以及配套的生物多样性提升设施。本次纳入统计的景观特征包括：孤立乔木、纪念性乔木、截干乔木、林荫道、行道树列、果园、绿篱带、修剪型绿篱、木本植被带、饲用植被墙、开花植被带、护坡、缓冲带、单播草地、草本草地、池塘、永久性柴堆、杂物堆放角、鸟屋、蝙蝠招引箱、昆虫旅馆及已证实筑巢位点。本数据集采用公民科学（citizen science）方法完成数据采集。
