Gene expression profile at single cell level of murine p90 cochlear duct enriched for Fbxo2+ cells Cochlear ducts from Three-month-old (P90) heterozygous Fbxo2VHC/+ mice were pooled and processed for nuclear extraction. 3 males and 3 females were processed separately. Venus positive nuclei were sorted using an Aria II Cell Sorter (BD) to enrich for hair cell and supporting cell nuclei.
