Data file 2 - Consolidation table

Table describing the way samples were clustered (at genus level) and consolidated (or not).Color code: - uncombined samples: yellow and green (alternate color for readability)- combined samples: orange and pink (alternate color for readability)NB: colors are not displayed in the preview!Combined samples inside a cluster are in contiguous cells and highlighted with the same color. The resulting transcriptomes hold the name of the last common ancestor of the combined samples. It is possible to have multiple combinations per cluster (hence the alternate colors). If a sample was not combined (singleton), the original name (including the sample number MMETSPXXXX) was kept.
