CFD simulation results and files regarding deliverable 3.5 (CFD.T35)

The attached files contain 7 zip files, including:1- Fluent UDF and Equations: This zip file includes the UDF written for calculating the O2 and CO2 diffusivities, as well as all the equations used as expressions in Fluent. 2- Inner Fiber Structure Results: This Zip file includes O2 partial pressure and CO2 partial pressure contours at a specific plane for all the different sinusoidal fibers at the inner surface structure. 3- OuterFiber Structure Results: This Zip file includes Velocity magnitude, O2 partial pressure, and CO2 partial pressure contours at a specific plane for all the different sinusoidal fibers at the outer surface structure. 4- MATLAB Code for Creating Sinusoidals: This zip file includes two MATLAB codes used to create a text file output, which was then used in ANSYS DesignModeler to generate the inner and outer surface structures of the desired fibers. 5- MATLAB Code for Plotting Results:This zip file includes all the MATLAB codes used to create the graphs with different results, such as O2 transfer rate, CO2 transfer rate, Hemolysis indices, and thrombosis-prone region volume, against the amplitude of the sinusoids. 6- Summary of the Results in Excels:This zip file contains two Excel files that present the results of the CFD simulations, including the O2 transfer rate, CO2 transfer rate, Hemolysis index, and volume of the thrombosis-prone region for all the different sinusoids, encompassing both inner and outer surface structures. 7- Mesh Study Files:This zip file includes the selected mesh with its case in Fluent, as well as the MATLAB code for plotting the mesh study results for different meshes.
