The permanent basic farmland data was collected and organized by the Natural Resources Bureau of Kaiyuan City during territorial spatial planning and cultivated land protection supervision work via the Permanent Basic Farmland Database and Monitoring and Supervision System. It mainly includes data such as the patch number of permanent basic farmland, the affiliated administrative division code, and the ownership unit. This dataset can be applied to territorial spatial use control, cultivated land occupation and compensation balance management, agricultural development plan formulation, law enforcement and supervision, and other relevant application scenarios.
