The tissues including mature leaves, shoot tips and flower buds from wild-type and ZaNAC25 overexpressing tomatoes were harvested and subjected to RNA-Seq. RNA-Seq analysis were carried out at the labs in BioMarker Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) according to their standard protocols. Approximately five pieces of leaves and ten flower buds from 3 to 4 plants, as well as six shoot tips were respectively pooled and set as one biological replicate, and three independent biological replicates were performed for all samples and experiments
