The project provides the underlying data to derive forest tree-size density metrics such as stand density index (SDI), maximum SDI (SDImax) and relative density (RD) using Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) data in Continental United States (CONUS). Additionally, the project provides 30 x 30 m wall to wall spatial datasets for SDI, SDImax and RD in leveraging on the TREEMAP 2016 raster.
