Synthetic representation of the Pharmacogenetics Use Case – Santiago de Compostela Node (OmicSpace)

This Zenodo repository contains a fully synthetic dataset created as an open-access representation of the data types collected within the Pharmacogenetics Use Case of the Santiago de Compostela Node (OmicSpace). The original dataset comprises pharmacogenomic genotyping data and clinical response information from adult patients treated with statins in the Spanish healthcare setting. The files provided here do not contain any real individual-level data. They are entirely synthetic and have been generated solely to illustrate the structure and file formats of the original dataset. The synthetic data preserves the format and field structure of the originals but contains no biologically meaningful signal. The repository includes the following file types: .xlsx (SNP matrix) — A synthetic genotyping matrix containing 10 simulated individuals and 44 pharmacogenomic SNPs across clinically relevant genes, representing the raw genotype call format of the original dataset. .xlsx (clinical data) — A synthetic clinical table containing 10 simulated individuals with variables including statin treatment, dose, liver and muscle enzyme levels and adverse drug reactions, representing the clinical response data format of the original dataset.
