Work-life balance: satisfaction with personal work-life balance; flexible work arrangements at own workplace; extent of the following types of flexible work arrangements in own company: part-time, flexitime, telework; attitude towards the following statements on flexible work arrangements in own company: easy to use, employees are discouraged from making use by managers; attitude towards selected statements on the use of flexible work arrangements in own company: badly perceived by colleagues, negative impact on own career, easier to use for women than for men; preferred flexible work arrangements; impact of flexible work arrangements on career choices: better chance to enter paid work, moving from part-time to full-time job, decision to continue work instead of taking extended leave or retire. 2.
