Biogeographic annotation of Arctic unicellular eukaryotes based on Tara Oceans data

This is the Appendix of a work by Ibarbalz et al., entitled "Pan-Arctic plankton community structure and its global connectivity". The Appendix consists of a resource table containing the biogeographic classification and taxonomic affiliation of OTUs detected in the Arctic Ocean. OTUs are constructed based on the Tara Oceans 18S rRNA gene metabarcoding data set, V9 and V4 variable regions.

本内容为Ibarbalz等人题为《泛北极浮游群落结构及其全球连通性》的研究的附录。本附录包含一份资源数据表，收录了在北冰洋中检测到的OTU（Operational Taxonomic Unit）的生物地理分类信息与分类学归属。该OTU集合基于塔拉海洋（Tara Oceans）18S核糖体RNA基因元条形码数据集的V9与V4可变区域构建而成。
