资源简介:
The data is from two test sections of the Beaver Creek experimental road site (BC-RES) (62° 20' N, 140° 50' W; 649 m a.s.l.). The dataset covers the period 2/10/2008 - 31/12/2018. The thermistor strings (accuracy of ± 0.1 °C between -10 °C to + 10 °C; ± 0.2 °C between -50 °C to + 30 °C) were installed in 15-m deep boreholes located at the centerline of the road (YG09) and in the slope of the embankment (YG12). Detailed description of these two test sections (YG09 and YG12) can be found in the Coulombe et al., (2012) and Malenfant-Lepage et al., (2012). The ground temperature data (°C) are available as: (1) recorded data, which are measured at 4-hour intervals; (2) daily averages; (3) monthly averages; and (4) yearly averages. The embankment subgrade refers to the native material underneath a constructed road, while the embankment subbase is the layer of embankment fill material laid on the subgrade.
