We explored the impact of transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) knockdown on the gene expression in the human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC), following 6h, 12h, 18h and 24h. Human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC) in P4 were plated in 6-well plates and transfected with either 200nM siRNA to transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) or Scrambled control (Ambion). Total RNA was extracted at 6, 12, 18 and 24h timepoint with peqGOLD TOTAL RNA Kit (VWR).
