The dataset contains (1) links to source data in Commonwealth, State and Territory data portals, (2) metadata explaining what the links refer to, (3) Python code that can be run in a Jupyter workbook with minimal customisation (a programming interface used by ArcGIS Pro), and (4) "how to" information showing how to recreate maps of the Australia states and Australia as a whole to display categories of the Indigenous Estate published in Burton, J., Kemp, D., Barnes, R., & Parmenter, J. [in press]. Mapping critical minerals projects and their intersection with Indigenous peoples' land rights in Australia. Energy Research and Social Science.
