Virus Relatedness Data and Analysis

This archive contains the following files:
a) Virus Relatedness Analysis.R, an R script demonstrating the main analysis and modelling steps used in this study.
b) Virus Relatedness Foldchange Data.csv, containing fold-change in viral load data for four viruses tested across 45 Drosophilidae host species.
c) Virus Relatedness Host Tree.nwk, the phylogeny of 45 Drosophilidae host species used to fit phylogenetic generalised mixed models to viral load data.
d) Virus Relatedness Model With Species.Rdata, phylogenetic generalised mixed model (1) from this study, with viral load as a response variable, virus isolate as a fixed effect, and host phylogeny and host species as random effects.
e) Virus Relatedness Model Without Species.Rdata, phylogenetic generalised mixed model (2) from this study, with viral load as a response variable, virus isolate as a fixed effect, and host phylogeny as a random effect.
