Composting of different biowaste materials: concentrations of process gases in the headspace of bioreactors during laboratory-scale process

<p>The dataset contains data on the concentrations of process gases in the headspace of bioreactors during laboratory-scale composting of different biowaste fractions (individual bioreactor volume &#61; 0.9 L): methane (CH₄, %), carbon dioxide (CO₂, %), oxygen (O₂, %), and carbon monoxide (CO, ppm).</p><p>Concentration values are provided for seven different biowaste substrates:</p><ul><li>Reactors 1–3 correspond to measurements for coffee grounds,</li><li>Reactors 4–6 – green tea grounds,</li><li>Reactors 7–9 – wheat straw,</li><li>Reactors 10–12 – grass,</li><li>Reactors 13–15 – food waste,</li><li>Reactors 16–18 – branches,</li><li>Reactors 19–21 – biowaste mix.</li></ul><p>Gas concentration values are reported over a 14-day process period, with one measurement taken per day (resulting in 14 measurements per replicate). The dataset includes the exact dates and times of all measurements.</p>
