This repository contains source data for the paper "Transnasal implants in the nasal cavity and sphenoid sinus for minimally invasive deep brain stimulation: measurement of electric field in cadavers", by Mats Forssell, Yuxin Guo, Dorian Kusyk, Boyle Cheng, Alexander Whiting, Eric W. Wang, and Pulkit Grover<br>The paper reports on a technique for brain stimulation via nasal implants, and reports experiments and simulation results. The experiments consist of recordings of electric fields performed in cadaveric specimens. Details of the recording methods are given in the paper methods. For each experiment, in addition to voltage recordings allowing calculation of the electric field elicited by stimulation, imaging data (CT or O-arm) was acquired. In one of the reported experiments, simulations were performed utilizing the CT data to match the recordings to theoretical performance.
