黄淮海平原456个县（市）农地流转推算数据集（2010）记录了黄淮海平原各县2010年农地转入、农地转出数据。该数据集是基于2010年对黄淮海平原77个县（市）的770个村庄的农户入户调查的小样本数据（包括农地流转数据、家庭最高受教育程度时间、外出就业人口占家庭人口比例、农业收入占家庭总收入比例等），结合地理信息数据、农业灾害数据、农田生产力数据等，引用ELL模型算法，推演计算的农地流转结果。该数据集包括456个县（区）2010年农地转入数据、农地转出数据和净流入数据。数据结果表明，2010年黄淮海平原各县农地流出量均大于流入量。各县（区）农地转入在440.79 – 1,379.86hm&sup2之间，总流入量为411,676.06 hm&sup2；农地转出量在908.61 – 2,745.29hm&sup2之间，总流出量为767,452.27 hm&sup2。全年农地总损失355,776.21 hm&sup2。数据存储为.xlsx格式，由1个文件组成，数据量为46 KB。该数据集的研究成果发表在《资源科学》2016年38卷第8期。

The 2010 Farmland Transfer Estimation Dataset covering 456 counties (cities) in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain records the farmland transfer-in and transfer-out data of each county in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain in 2010. This dataset is derived from extrapolated farmland transfer results calculated using the ELL model algorithm, based on a small-sample household survey conducted in 2010 across 770 villages in 77 counties (cities) of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain. The survey data includes indicators such as farmland transfer information, the highest educational attainment of the household and its corresponding timing, the proportion of off-farm employed population in the total household population, the proportion of agricultural income in total household income, and other relevant metrics. It also integrates geographic information data, agricultural disaster data, farmland productivity data and other related datasets. This dataset covers farmland transfer-in, transfer-out and net inflow data for 456 counties (districts) in 2010. The data results indicate that in 2010, the farmland outflow of each county in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain exceeded its inflow. The farmland transfer-in area of each county (district) ranged from 440.79 to 1,379.86 hm², with a total inflow of 411,676.06 hm²; the farmland transfer-out area ranged from 908.61 to 2,745.29 hm², with a total outflow of 767,452.27 hm². The total annual net loss of farmland reached 355,776.21 hm². The dataset is stored in .xlsx format, consisting of a single file with a size of 46 KB. The research outcomes based on this dataset were published in *Resources Science*, Volume 38, Issue 8, 2016.
