For identification of novel lncRNAs in Arabidopsis thaliana, we sequenced a tissue mixed sample (inflorescences, rosette leaves, cauline leaves and stems) by Ribo-minus RNA-seq, a wild type seeding sample by nonpolyA RNA-seq, and other eight seedling samples under four stress conditions (cold, heat, salt, drought) after 3 hours and 12 hours treatment.
