Pak choi (Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis) sprouts were germinated in complete darkness for 5 days. Subsequently, the sprouts were grown under blue or red LEDs for 6 days. After harvest, RNA-Seq analysis was performed and differentially expressed genes were determined. The table shows the 1,000 most differentially expressed annotated genes.
